How Can Alergic Itching On The Right Arm Be Treated?

I have been taking levocetirizine and hydroxyzine and I still have itching after 6 weeks.Sunday will be 7 weeks. I have taken every prednisone drug and the shot when I first came down with the poison ivy. The itching is now only on my right arm from my elbow to my shoulder. the only thing that helps is Sarna lotion and a bag of ice. I have scratched myself to bleeding. I try not to scratch but I can t do it! I haven t used calamine lotion yet. AND, I am going for a blood test tomorrow.
