Hi,

As per your complaint, the eruption of recurring bumps all over the body which looks like pimples and also can are itchy can be due to common causes like:-
- Contact dermatitis that is an allergic reaction which occurs when skin comes in contact with certain agents that your body is allergic to like skin cosmetics, detergents, soaps, fragrances, leather, latex, poison ivy etc.
- Folliculitis or generalized hair follicle infection caused by staphylococcus bacteria leading to the formation of painful bumps over different parts of the body.
- Another cause can be a food allergy or side effect of medicines.

Consult an Allergist or an Infectious Medicine Specialist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests to rule out allergies and infection, microscopic examination of scrapings from the lesion can help.

As of now you can take anti-allergics like Benadryl for relieving itching and do cool compresses over bumps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
