Sir I am suffering from allergic rhinitis since 10 years age is 30 years old i am using Montek LC regularly and but when I am using nasal spray my nose is blockage actually my nasal spray is used but after using daily 10 days nose block and also early always cold and after 4 hours it is good pls give reply what I have to do

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables to increase your immunity. Drink lots of water daily. You can take Vitamin C supplement for increase in immunity.
