I think my current sinus issues are due to mountain cedar pollen because I have the same thing happen every year at this time. I have post nasal drip which has led to a cough and mucus; can’t breath through my nose. When I inhale through my mouth I have to cough, but the coughing gets very bad sometimes and now my ribs are sore. I’m taking an allergy medicine similar to Zyrtec as well as Nasacort and now Tylenol severe sinus with some relief. What else would you recommend?
