How Can Allergic Sneezing And Cold Be Treated?

Since my childhood I have some allergic symptoms like itching and after temorary swelling of skin, continous sneeze with contact to dust or cold ,frequent cold and cough , dandruff problems. 10yrs ago I have done some allergy test and found positive for many food items and other things. I have advices to avoid these things which I did to as much as possible. During the course of time to reduce continuous sneeze I have been using CZ3 to control my sneeze as per doctors advice on an emergency basis. But very recently I have developed some breathlessness during season change . Also I would like to mention that in my present job profile it is nearly impossible avoid dust or cold .Please enlighten me with your valuable advise.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You can consider the continued use of antihistamine medications to help relieve your symptoms.

In addition to these medications, the use of singulair or ketotifen which work at different points along the allergy pathway would also help as well.

A topical nasal steroid spray may also be useful to you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
