How Can Alopecia Be Treated?

Can a woman with diffuse female pattern hair loss have hair transplant done??2)i took mesotherapy from September 2015 to February 2016 along with ginette 35 and my hair fall was stopped but after discontinuing mesotherapy and while continuing ginette my period got stopped and from that month only hair fall started.3)i started again prp ,meso,stem cell from February 2017 along with logihair tables and then changed to androfol m but my hair fall didn t stop but hair growth was there ,since last 4 months i am taking homeopathy but no result,my age is 39 and I have acne,oily skin and scalp and five fibroids in uterus and had menstrual variation through out my life .I have corpus luteuem cyst in one overy.4)i had serum ferittin 13 and vitamin d3 9 but after taking iron injection iron saturation and ferittin level is towards the high range and vitamin d3 is 33.one point is that when i took ginette and meso it worked fantastically but after one year later when again i took meso and prp and androanagen ,it could not stop my hair loss.....so now what will i do should i take spironolactone or finasteroid and I am continuing minox since last 5 years

C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate test.
iron levels test.
antinuclear antibody test.
thyroid hormones test.
free and total testosterone test.
follicle stimulating and luteinizing hormone test.

Treatment:-
You can rub certain medications such as minoxidil (Rogaine) into the scalp to help stimulate hair growth. Other common therapies include steroid injections or corticosteroid creams and ointments. In some cases, photochemotherapy may be used to promote hair growth. Photochemotherapy is a type of radiation treatment that uses a combination of oral medication and ultraviolet light.

Alternative Therapies Includes:-
Aromatherapy.
Acupuncture.
Herbal supplements.
Taking vitamins supplements.
