How Can Amenorrhea Be Treated?

I was on Nexplanion birth control for 4 years and for medical reasons it was removed in January 2017 but my period hasn t returned. It is October. I would like for my period to return asap. I have stomach cramps every month but no period. I even started to use ovaluatio predictor, yes I am ovulating but no period. What can I do to get my period to return?
