How Can Amenorrhea Be Treated?

I am 19 years girl. I have no mensis from 3yeas I am married from 4years My allo pathic treatment is contionusly from 3year but no result.i have no baby My prolactin value is 158. In ultrasound report both ovaries showing follicle seen Free fluid seen in cul-de-sac. Pelvic sonogram showing P.I.D. Please suggest treatment in homeopathic.
