How Can An Abscess Near The Anus Be Treated?

Hi, I had abscess near my anus (below my anus, more towards my back) last week. It broke and i got pus for 5 days. After that the wound healed. I developed a abscess in the same area again this week and it broke within a day. After 2 days, i am still having pain during and after bowel moment. Should i go for a surgery to drain the infection?

Abcess any were needs to be drained however in your case your Abcess has drained spontaneously and antibiotics should do the job with out surgery and yes do a blood suger test as Abcess is recurrent.
