How Can An Anal Fissure Be Treated?

i have an anus fissure and i went to the doctor and got treatment, however, i have really bad itchiness and swelling and when i told my doctor he told me to apply the rectal cream to it. i feel like the swelling climbing up my vagina now it s swollen, red and really really itchy. there is also has some type of pump on the labia. even my opening hurts (I m a virgin). ps the area between the vagina and anus has a swollen thing line, and everything surrounding the anus is itchy.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of abscess formation is more.
It is very common in anal fissures.
Swelling, pain, Itching etc are suggestive of abscess more.
So better to consult general surgeon an get done clinical examination of local part and ultrasound examination.
If it is abscess then you will need surgical drainage.
Also check for diabetes as this is common interest diabetes.
