How Can An Anal Fissure With Internal And External Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

Hi I m suffering from Anal fissure with internal and external hemorrhoids. From last few years I faced this problem. At frist stage I didn t give any attention. From last two months it s become serious. I went to doctor and after vedio endoscopy, he said mentioned problem. Can I cure from it without surgery. Or is there any other option for relief.
