I was playing cricket in the morning and when I abruptly made a 180 degree turn, I twisted my ankle. After few moments of relaxation and light left-2-right movement of the foot, it felt good. So I continued playing and then followed that up with a visit to a Zoo where I had to walk for a full 3 hours. During the walk too I felt slight and bearable pain. But once I am back at home, I see that my outside of the ankle joint swollen and there is lot of pain. Right now I have put Bengay cream and ankle strap. Any advice?
