How Can An Anus Sore Be Treated?

For the past couple of months I have had a sore close to my anus. It started off small but is getting bigger. It is not red or infected. My husband looked at it and said it is the same color as my anus. It burns when touched or if urine should get on it when I use the restroom. I have been in a committed relationship for over 12 years so I have ruled out any kind of STD. Do you have any idea what this might be? Thank you

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here you can have inflammation that can lead small ulcer....

Your anal examination should be done ...
Consult surgeon for it.

Avoid straining at stool.
Keep that area clean and dry.
Avoid excess spicy food.
Prevent constipation by more water and fiber.
Local lignocain gel can be applied ...
If needed local steroid cream can be applied.
Fruits more.
Anal warm water bath useful.

If ulcer increasing hyperberic oxygen therapy can be tried if doctor feels that.

Hope your concern solved.
