How Can An Asymmetrical Rib Cage Be Treated?

My 4 year old boy has asymmetrical rib cage, left side being larger than right side. I knew this since he was an infant but recently the difference seem to get larger. He has no health issues and is very active and healthy otherwise. What should we do?

nothing to be done. it is a congenital defect. only keep watch if the changes is fast then strapping. can be done.
