No organism seen. b) Show superficial duodenial villous mucosa appearing fragmented and showing mild congestion of villous core with lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate

Your biopsy report suggests chronic non-specific inflammation. You can rule out h. Pylori by urea breath test. The antibiotic course and antacid can be prescribed.
