How Can An Enlarged Heart Be Treated?
I have had an enlarged heart for my entire life. I am 62. My doctor said that she was surprised that I lived beyond 20. The doctor said that I had a left ventricular issue. I am not on any medications and would like to live as long as possible without meds. Do you have suggestions on healthy lifestyle? YYYY@YYYY

rest continue with good walks, avoid oily, fried,fatty, extra salted food. keep checking ur BP,pulse rate.
