How Can An Enlarged Ovary Be Treated?

I m 46 y.o. 5 1, 98 lbs. No medical history of breast & ovarian cancer. Recent blood work detected no cancer. I ve been diagnosed w/ a right ovary enlargement. What would you recommend as a treatment? Do I need a biopsy? How it is done? How many incisions? Is there possibility that my left ovary will be enlarge too in the future? Will the scars from the biopsy will be less noticeable? Is biopsy painless?

go for biopsy also... to rule out accurately any malignancy.. if everything's normal and enlarged ovaries cause no discomfort than.. go for general check up every 3months
