How Can An Enlarged Prostate Be Treated?

I have prostrate enlargement did see a urology specialist and was prescribed flowmax and then another product which I cannot remember the name of. The flowmax worked within 2 days but I could not tolerate the side effects so had to give it up. The other product caused drowsiness I am a bus driver and could not take this product either. Any natural or supplements that are effective? Thanks

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

The doctor prescribed you for benign prostatic hypertrophy.

Depending upon the stage the treatment may vary.

If it is early stage means treated with tablets.

If is stage 3or above needed to treat with surgical procedures.

Yes, these drugs may cause problems but still you have to take this medication at least at night.

Still have drowsy feeling then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
