General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Prostate enlargement called prostate adenoma is a benign tumor of prostatic tissue. It causes difficulty urinating and frequent urination, especially during nights. I suggest you an uroculture test to exclude any infection besides prostate enlargement. If dysuria is not ameliorated with medication that you are taking, you may have another consult with your urologist to see the possibility of an intervention with a surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
