Enlarged prostate management depends upon the symptoms, reports are supportive only. Selective alpha-blockers are the best line of management. Raised PSA has two line of handling options as 1 Keep regular observation with 3 months evaluation. 2 Get prostate biopsy for confirmation of the histological condition inside the prostate.
