How Can An Infant Suffering From Vomiting, Fever And Loose Motions Be Treated?

hi...my baby is 9months old...he is suffering from vomiting,loose motions and on and off fever since 2 days....we have already consulted the doctor but nothing seems to work...every time i try to give him some medicine he vomits very badly..he is on formula feed..the doctor suggested ondensetron for the vomiting,pro-well and enuff-10 for loose motions and he says the child should be fine...but i'm really worried about his condition ...please could u help me out...

dear user
it looks that your child is suffering from gastroentriris . mediciene given by your doctor is fine , you should wait for some time . but keep watch .
most important that if frequency of loose motion and vomitting get increase should consult to your doctor again but chances of developing dehydration is high in young infant .
continue feeding
give ORS at regular interwal . watch the hydration status if your baby is very lethargy consult your doctor soon .
