How Can An Infected Pimple On The Nose Be Treated?

Hi i have a spot on the inside of the tip of my nose which every morning is filling with pus. It is very very sore and the pus bursts out but fills up straight away again. I have tried tea tree oil and mentholatum but neither are helping. The spot has turned into an angry looking lump with white colour but it now cannot be squeezed. The skin is also peeling off and is very sore. I have a tube of fucibet and was wondering if i can use this on it . Thank you in advance Emma

Infected pimple on the nose seems to be due to infection of hair follicle and could be clogging of skin pores with infected bacteria. Need not to worry. Avoid touching it again and again as it will cause infection. Wash it properly, apply cold compresses and leave it open for sometimes. Do not use any cream on it without prescription. Clean it with betadine , consult dermatologist for proper examination and doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( clindamycin)along with vitamin C supplement for quick healing. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight.
