How Can An Infected Rash On The Knee Be Treated?

I have a friend in Toronto Ontario, the has a sore above the knee, it has a red circle around it and green pus coming out of it, this morning she noticed now she has one coming out on her elbow, would you know what this might be, and what she should do, the doctor gave her pencilin on the knee one, and cream thanks

We have to take a swab from the area and see what kind of infection it is. Depending on that we can start her treatment.
