Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be reviewed again by the primary surgeon and ultrasound to local for any underlying skin infection signs or pus pockets. If so it can he sent for cultures and sensitivity to isolate exact causative bug and to be treated according to sensitivity profile.

Meanwhile preliminary antibiotics coverage like augmentin or cephradine can be initiated alongwith atypical coverage with metronidazole after discussing with your primary doctor. For pains OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be used.

The pain can be normal healing sequalae and may be controlled with the analgesics. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
