How Can An Injured Medial Quadricep Be Treated?

I am a fully certified Stott pilates Instructor. How could I restore a dent in the medial quadricep. Client is slim , trauma caused by skiing accident. Possible los of subcutaneos fat. Client wants to know what she needs to do to restore the imbalance . Can you help? Thankyou.

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
You have to consult an orthopedic and get an MRI scan done. If its just sprain or contusion, we can go for conservative measures like immobilization in a brace. If there is rupture or break we have to repair the muscle fibers.
