How Can An Injured Testicle Be Treated?

I think I injured my right testicle during my sleep two nights ago. I woke up in the morning and noticed the discomfort. It has become tender esp when I touch it or examine it with my fingers, specifically in one place near the front bottom of it, and I am experiencing a bit a nausea.
