How Can An Itchy, Off-white Lump On The Lip Be Cured?

I have had a lump on my lower lip for several months now. Its an off white color, oval in shape, and alternates between itching and a burning sensation. Thickened skin that dries and peels on the lump. when I pell the itchy , dead skin off, its very tender there. When I was younger, I had a pore there that would become clogged with a thick, white, waxy substance?

I would advise you to visit a dentist for examination of the area. You might have to go through x-ray and probably biopsy of the lump and management can be decided based on the results.
