How Can An Itchy Rash Under The Breasts Be Treated?
I m using ketoconazole for a rash under my breasts. Previously I had been using a 2% cortisone cream. After two days of using ketoconazole, the itching has increased and the rash seems worse. Is there any topical cream that can be used in conjunction with the ketoconazole cream to relieve the redness and itching?

Hi, Thanks for the queery. I understand your concern. Itchy rash under breasts are more likely to be fungal in origin. The sweating aat the skin fold under breasts increased by wearing of tight undergarments lead to dampness of skin.. which favors fungal growth. You should avoid sweating by- frequent cleaning & drying with sprinkling candid talcum powder in day time... and multifungin ointment at night. Avoid tight Brazier. . Use hojiary braziers. Consult a dermatologist for oral medication if there is no relief with home care. Thanks.
