Welt on left side of labia but next itchy I ve put Neosporin and rubbing alcohol but no change really but it burn slightly from alcohol of course it really burned when I tried peroxide tho feels raised and like there might be puss but nothing is in it ran hot water on it its a hair folical issue but no go its only irritating me to know its there about a few days before there was mild itching down there but its only been for a couple of days thought it was from eating yogurt but nothing but welt since
First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can be viral wart or fungal infection but needs a dermatologist review. Treatment should be started accordingly.
For wart you may need liquid nitrogen therapy. Also, any signs of folliculitis should also be ruled out.
