good day! i just want to ask what is the best exercise to be done to do a miscarriage? 3 years ago i m taking a pill for my safety and about 4 months ago i stop it and used the natural way of family planning until this month. my last menstruation is on september 26,2017. maybe i m 1-4 weeks pregnant. to be specific i must had my menstration last week but it is only spotted, after 3 days i take my 3 tablet of pills named lady in the morning and i bleed after 4hrs. but it didn t last a day. im doing a little sit-ups,jumping,and squats but it still didn t work. i hope you could help me. i m 23 years old, 5ft, 45kg. thank you so much.
