How Can Anal Bleeding Along With Constipation And Nausea Be Treated?

Why did episode of anaphylactic shock early Monday and I took and use my EpiPen and was rushed to the emergency room I was told that I had dive it whatever I m bleeding from my butt I m constipated bloated they re not severe pain yet I am slightly nauseous

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Anal bleeding, nausea, abdominal pain etc are mostly due to constipation. So we need to treat your constipation first. So better to consult gastroenterologist and get done clinical examination, CT scan of abdomen and lower GI (gastrointestinal) scopy today find out cause for constipation. You will need

1. High fiber diet like pulses, vegetables and fruits.
2. Take Laxatives at night
3. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
4. Go for walking after meals.
5. Avoid junk food, fast food. Eat freshly prepared home made food only. Don't worry, all these will treat your constipation. Once your constipation is relieved, your bleeding and nausea will also be relieved.
