How Can Anemia And Low Prolactin Levels Be Treated?
Sir I am 43 years old lady have thyroid problem I am taking thyronorm 100 MCG regularly my tsh is currently 1.4 .. I have breast milk ejection after 13 year of my child birth. My prolactin test is 4.69 (low) I have anemia HB 7 also, also my creatinine level is now 0.6 and have increased level of phosphorus 5.45.. What have I to do now.
I understand your concern and would explain that your (low phosphorus) could be related to low vitamin D levels.
For this reason, I recommend checking vitamin D plasma levels. I would also recommend taking iron supplements coupled with vitamin B12 and folic acid to help improve anemia.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
Cardiologist
