How Can Angiolipomas Be Removed From The Leg?

I recently had surgery to remove two large angiolipomas from the top of my left foot. I now have another lipoma/angiolipoma growing on the side of my lower right leg. While these bumps first starts to grow the skin above them looks like a bruise and feels like a ball under the skin for the first 2-3 months then after that approx. time they feel like they flatten out . As they flatten out they aren t as projected out but the affected area still feels firm when touched. Nobody I ve seen has been able to tell me if this is normal behavior for an angiolipoma.
