How Can Anosmia After A Double Fracture At The Back Of The Head Be Treated?

I am trying to self doctor---smile I have loss my sense of smell and now after reading I realize probably my sense of taste also. I had a double fracture on the back of my head in early Sept and have been on Keppra since. hi sir/mam,loss of smell sensation has got many causes like the following :
1)severe nasal congestion due to common cold(only partial,temporary
2)brain tumour
3)aneurysm in brain,following brain surgery
4)Alzheimer’s disease
5)multiple sclerosis
6)Kallmann syndrome
7)diabetes etc.
I know the list is exhaustive but a specific diagnosis can be made only after thorough neurological examination and necessary investigations like MRI brain.hope you understand the importance of neurologist consultation.any further queries,please let me know.i’m always ready to attend.thank you.wish you a happy,healthy and prosperous new year 2018.take care.bye.
