General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These are common side effects of the drug and we observe it in many patients. Many time these symptoms settle its own in some times. So if he is not otherwise very sick, no seizures, then there is no need to panic.

Take him to the ER if he has a high-grade fever, seizures, or persistent vomiting or odd behaviors.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
