How Can Anxiety And Elevated Blood Pressure Be Treated?

i was bp 150/100 last 2014 and i went to hospital to lower my bp and took blood took, it says that my bood sugar is up and prescribed me losartan . .today, my bp is 100/70 or 90/70 which is my normal bp happy for that but, because of experiencing high bp at once I was suffered anxiety and panic my doctor told me to take iterax when it occurs . .do mx 3 can help me cure this? . .thank you very much and God Bless . .

Anxiety can be treated medically, with psychological counseling, or independently.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Relieve tension with exercise or massage.
-Practice relaxation techniques.
-Get enough rest.
-Practice healthy thinking and stop negative thoughts.
-Avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and nicotine.
If needed take the medication recommended by your doctor.
