How Can Appetite Loss And Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

My granddaughter does not eat well, spit up, arches her back and cries all the time. She is unable to sleep longer than 30 minutes at time. The dr. says gerd and has given her Nexium but she now is stiffening up like a new born and she has periods where her cries seem to be cries of pain. She does eat a little better on Nexium but others sytems are worsening. What other areas should we be looking into.

can gofor second opinion and consult neonatal specialist.detail examination of child is requered. might be having coliquey attack.deworming is to be done and can be given unienzyme and polycrol gel. give past history and age of child.
