How Can Arthritis In The Ankle And Knees Be Treated?
I have been suffering from arthritis in my ankle and my knee I am 55 years old I recently joined a gym and I m doing very well I ve lost a stone and a half in three months and my joints are starting to feel a lot better will this be a cure for my joints have I hidden something new when I continue as ongoing thank you Tony

It is may be due to over exertion in gym. Kindly do all exercises under trainer. Don't give much stress at gym. For pain you can take tab. aceclofenac after consultation. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment over it. In case of severe pain you may require x ray of that joint.
