Hi,
From history it seems that all problems you are having are age related and due to menopause.
During this time of menopause there might be having osteoporosis, depression, anxiety due to hormonal disturbances.
You might require some hormonal medicine to balance hormonal disturbances so consult gynaec and get examined.
Take Calcium, Vitamin And D supplements.
Go for physiotherapy and light physical exercise like walking, swimming.
Avoid stress.
If require consult psychiatrist for treatment and counseling.
Ok and take care.
