How Can Asthenia Be Treated?

I m suffering from asthenia. Suboxone worked well for me initially last couple of weeks l have been weak causing me to temporarily laid off from work till I regain my strength. Seems like to me I am having a delayed adverse reaction to the suboxone (I ve been taking it for 3 months) I see my PCP on Wednesday. I think she is thinking the same.. Thank you. Suggestion?

It is a psycho pathological condition characterized by extreme acute or chronic loss of strength. Treatment depends upon the causative . Is it asthenia due to Infection or depression or vitamin deficiencies or over work or auto immune disorders then treating the cause may give relief of symptoms. Physical therapy or occupational therapy or drugs may useful.
