How Can Autism In A Child Be Treated?

Respected Sir Good morning. I want guidance regarding autism treatment for my 4 yrs grand son Arnav . Currently he is receiving speech therapy , Occupational therapy . Is test regarding brain functioning is required. He is verbal happy child. He is dignoised for mild autism. Socially not much interested. Mrs Gayatri Salvankar Kolhapur Maharashtra

Hi,

You can evaluate the child better by a brain function scan but it is not compulsory. You have chosen a good line of treatment for the child speech and occupational therapist will help him a lot.

I would rather like to prescribe some Ayurvedic supplementary medication which shall help in faster recovery and optimal functioning of brain but only after proper evaluation of the child. You can also take help of a Panchkarma specialist in Ayurveda for expert therapies for the child to help him.
