1. You have started your full activity rather early I should say. You had c-section done. It takes about 6 weeks for full recovery after any delivery, even c-section. It does not mean that you should be on the bed for all those 6 weeks; however, too sterneous physical exertion is not advisable. Climbing stairs carrying 2 years child is rather sterneous. When you are carrying a child you naturally bend more backwards which gives strain on the waste joints (Lumbosacral joints). If you can avoid it and find some better alternative to it, it may help you.
Even swelling of the mouth of the uterus can also give rise to low back ache. Better rule it out from your obstetrician.
Also get an opinion from ortho[edic surgeon if these simpler measures do not help you.
2. You stich pain prima facae does not seem to be of a great concern. However, if it is throbbing type of the pain, please get checked from your obstetrician for any stitch abscess. If it is there, it will be just drained and you will be OK. May be you may have to take some antibiotics course.

hi dear, csection stitches heals slowly,it takes about 6wks, so we tell u restrict your activity, not do heavy work.but routine work can be done. and backache is usually due to bad postures, calcium deficiency, since you are breast feeding baby, your calcium will go to baby. so it is advised to take calcium and iron supplements for 3m post delivery. to speed up healing, take healthy food rich in vitamin c like citrus fruits, good rest, keep wound clean and dry. i hope i have cleared ur doubt.
