How Can Backache Along With Headache And Stomach Ache Be Treated?

My daughter vomited last night, thought she felt well enough to go to school this morning. She was unable to play in her volleyball game tonight and was crying from a stomach ache. I brought her home and she s sleeping now, but is c/o back pain, stomach pain, headache.She says she took ibuprofen around noon and it seemed to help temporarily.She is not running a fever at this time and doesn t think she s had a fever today.

hello,
i can understand your concern.
you havent mentioned tye gae of ypur daughter.
this mostly appears to be a case of gastro enteritis(stomach flu)
i would suggest an anti sposmodic tablert ie cyclopam to be taken twice daily along with this she can take an anti emetic zofer 4mg for her vomitings. a probiotic like sporlac ds is also advised.
give her foods that are easily digestable. ORS mixed in water will help in preventing dehydration.
kindly take her to a doctor if there is fever, pain is very severe or the pain doesnt subside.
for all this an ultrasound abdomen would be required and a short course of antibiotics.
