How Can Bacterial Skin Infection Be Treated?

I have a parasite problem and I do not know how to get rid of them. They show up under my skin, mouth, nose,. I have seen them come out of my skin, (small worms), and when I go to the bathroom, (worm), they are small and some bigger. I am freaked out and worried about infection as my face looks bad! I have even been admitted to the hospital w/severe infections on my fingers, had to have surgery due to the infections, then later diagnosed with undetermined bacteria infection, what?? Please advise.
