dear sir
i totally understand your concerns about your health.
the following points should be taken into consideration:
1- your symptoms are signs of
urethritis (infection of the urethra that carries urine from your bladder to your penis). due to the fact that you are experiencing burning on urination along with frequent feeling of the need to void.
2- the urinanysis showing white blood cells is also suggestive of an infection. this goes very well with a sexyally transmitted infection with
gonorrhea +/- chlamydia because we see on urinalaysis only some white blood cells nothing more.
3- the treatment of this condition is the following:
ceftriaxone 250 milligrams intramuscularly once
and
azithromycin 1 gram orally once. you sexual
partner must be treated as well the same way. meanwhile you shouldnt have intercourse for one week. you will start feeling improvement in 3 days and you will be totally fine in one week.
4- you should be tested for other sexually transmitted infections other than HIV, such as
hepatitis b,
hepatitis c and
syphilis as a routine check up in a case of a detected sexually transmitted infection. in case you are not vaccinated to hepatitis b and you dont have it you should get vaccinated
5- i highly recommend you using condoms for safer sex
