How Can Balanitis Be Treated?

Hello doctor...m suffering from balanitis from arnd 1 mnth...but now my foreskin is swelled and little bleeding is also dr along with discharge of fluid...m in deep trouble...have tested my sugar but its normal...wt should i do... medicine have no effct on it....please provide a solution..

If medical treatment for balanitis fails, then surgical treatment is the only option.
Circumcision is treatment of choice for balanitis.
So consult surgeon and get done Circumcision for permanent cure of balanitis.
