Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that Most children outgrow bed-wetting on their own, but if you need a treatment for this then make some following lifestyle changes
- Avoid Caffein
- Limit fluid intake in the evenings
- midnight alarm , wake them up in the midnight and take them to toilet

Follow this routine for 3 months. If it will not help then only medication can be given.

Hope to Have been Helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Bansal
