How Can Bilirubin Levels Be Kept Under Control?

Doctor I got hep A on 31 of march 2017. My bilirubin level was 8.9.now it has decreased to 2.3 by 17th of april 2017. I am taking Liv52 thrice per day as prescribed by my doctor and has been on bed for rest. but now i am feeling alright ..so can i get back to my work...and how many days it will take to go below 1.0.?
