Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Bipolar disorder is a condition in which there are episodes of mania and depression. Many medicines are there to treat this condition.
This medicines act at brain level and change neurotransmitters levels. So my advice is to consult a good psychiatric and take medicine according to the doctor.
Second thing, have faith in your doctor. This condition takes years to develop so it also requires time to be treated. In some cases, it takes months and in some, years as well.
Another best way is to engage yourself in activies you love. Daily 5 km walking in morning and in evening is recommended.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Divyesh Sondarva
