How Can Bipolar Disorder And Depression Be Treated?

I suffered from bipolar type2 and panic attacks I have been diagnosed 12years ago but I suffered before that I am 42 years old now . most of the time I am depressed I am taking lamictal 200 ml every day but that is not enough I am a female I live in Egypt there is no good psychologists no supportive group the doctors don t give us enough time 5-10 minutes for every patient . How can I help my self living with bipolar .and if you can suggest any face book group can give me a help . sorry about my language I hope it s clear enough Thanks a lot for you help

Apart from conventional antidepressant medications, the most needed in your case are following

- joining a supportive group of patients with similar issues
- regular counselling with the psychologist
- lifestyle modifications as regular walking, exercises, YOGA meditations, relaxation techniques
- sleep cycle regulation
- behaviour therapy
